Tristar is Amy’s Kitchen Leave of Absence Administrator. If you need to take a Leave of Absence, please contact Tristar.
If you need to take a leave for:
- Your or a family member’s serious health condition
- Pregnacy and Prenatal Bonding (new mothers/fathers/foster parents)
- Personal Leave
- Military Leave
How to request a leave:
- Call TRISTAR 30 days before your planned leave pursuant to our company policy
- Inform your supervisor and your HR team of your absence
- Complete and return all information provided to you by TRISTAR as soon as possible
Failure to contact TRISTAR may result in a delay or denial of your leave
