Flexible Spending Account<\/h3>\n

Your medical FSA through Rippling is automatically paid with pre-tax dollars. You may elect $2,700 tax free per year for out-of-pocket health care expenses (co-pays, prescriptions, doctor visits, vision care, dental costs, etc.) through the Rippling portal and those dollars will be available on your debit card. At the end of the calendar year, up to $500 will roll over to the next year but anything above that will not be returned to you. If your employment ends, you forfeit all FSA dollars.<\/p>\n

For the Dependent Care Reimbursement Care, you may elect $5,000 tax free per year ($2,500 filing separately) for dependent care expenses. This can also be done via Rippling.<\/p>\n
