The Alliance offers an employee discount program called Access Perks. Access Perks is an employee discount program designed to save you money on everyday items, such as groceries and clothing, as well as travel, entertainment and more. Access Perks has both a website and mobile app, making it simple to use and easy to find discounts whether you are at home or visiting a new city.

The Alliance offers an employee discount program called Working Advantage. Working Advantage offers incredible discounts on tickets to Broadway shows, theme parks, sporting events, family events, online shopping, gift certificates, seasonal ski tickets and more. Employee simply register for an on-line account to take advantage of the savings.

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week may receive up to $60 reimbursement every year for their annual Costco membership. To obtain reimbursement, employees must submit a Benefits Expense Reimbursement Form along with receipt/proof of payment to the Payroll Department. Please note that all reimbursements are considered as taxable.
