Part-time employees are eligible for PTO on a pro-rated basis.

This benefit allows employees to sell back accrued PTO. When selling back PTO to the company, employees must retain at least 60 hours of PTO. This benefit may be utilized twice per year.
Under the “Friends Helping Friends” program, employees may choose to “donate” a portion of their available PTO hours directly to the PTO bank of another employee who is out on an unpaid leave of absence due to an emergency.
